Method to make desi chilli pickle
Chhotu tells that to make desi pickle, clean green red chillies thoroughly with water. After this, dry the chillies for some time so that there is no moisture in the chillies. After this, make an incision in the middle of the chillies. After this, make incisions in all the chillies and keep them in a plate. After this, soak these chillies in buttermilk for two to three days. After that make the masala. For spices, place a pan on the gas and add mustard, fenugreek and fennel and roast them lightly. After roasting the spices, when they cool down, grind them in a mixer. Take out this masala in a bowl and then stuff the prepared masala into the chilli. Similarly, prepare all the green red chillies by filling them with spices. Put these green red chillies in a jar, in this way your spicy green red chilli pickle is ready.
